The RPD Locker Key in Resident Evil Requiem unlocks a mystery item hidden inside one of the lockers in the R.P.D. After entering a memorable room from the second game in the series, you will need to follow a few clues before you can grab the key and claim what is inside.
How to Find the Resident Evil Requiem RPD Locker Key
On the second floor of the R.P.D., head to the S.T.A.R.S. Office. Go through the door in the Lounge, then keep following the hallway until you find a doorway on the right.
Once you are inside the S.T.A.R.S. Office, turn right and face the locker. Open it to discover a photo that says “here.”

Next to the S.T.A.R.S. logo near the computers, you will see a worn brown jacket with an angel on it. Interact with the jacket to find the second photo.
After looking at both clues, you should have a better idea of where to go next: the Operations Room on the first floor.
Where to Find the RPD Locker Key
Thankfully, the Operations Room is on the same side of the R.P.D., northwest of the West Office. Once you are inside, look next to the chalkboard for a crate you can climb on.
Climb onto the crate, then turn 90 degrees to the right. You will see the RPD Locker Key sitting on the television above Leon’s head.

After grabbing the key, head to the locker in the West Office. Inside, you will find two tickets to Raccoon City Zoo and, more importantly, the S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm.
When equipped, the S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm increases a weapon’s firepower at the cost of more sway while aiming. You can attach it to the Gal submachine gun from the items screen.
A Cool Capcom Reference

If you look near the bottom of the locker, you will spot copies of Resident Evil, Mega Man Anniversary Collector’s Edition, Street Fighter Alpha 2, and Mega Man 8. There is also a Street Fighter Alpha poster in the back.
It also looks like a SEGA Saturn that is sitting at the bottom of the game stack. It is a neat little Capcom reference tucked inside one of the R.P.D.’s hidden rewards.
Do not leave R.P.D. just yet, however. There is one more item to find before trying to save Grace: the Briefcase.
