Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves released a recent patch to halt a terrible bug that came about when Krauser appeared. Krauser would have the ability to freeze opponents. After Guard Crush, there is a potential for Krauser to freeze an opponent by using a Guard Crush to start it. The opponent will be locked out of moves to make, leaving them frozen. Normals, movement, specials – all gone for that match. Armisael was able to get himself 1000+ out of that after Kaiser Wave, for instance to literally destroy Terry.

Luckily, SNK was able to fix this issue in their latest build – 2.0.3. Right before Combo Breaker, too. Well done, SNK!

The patch is directed to resolving this issue inorder to keep Krauser in play after his release. The Kaiser Wave is already a deadly move with 95% damage to the Rev meter to cause an overheat if blocked as it is. Best to keep it that way without a glitch.
Resolved: Opponent would lose control of their character if you guard crush them and then perform certain actions.
Krauser was released last month and is ready to go. Lucky for us to see SNK take the wheel to make sure this is dealt with before Mr. Karate comes to town. One broken boss might ruin the bunch. The 2.0.3 is the shortest patch you’ll probably see from the SNK team for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.
