Evo 2026 is getting closer, and now we know which games will receive the biggest stage treatment when the fighting game community heads back to Las Vegas later this month.
Evo has revealed the six games with the most registered competitors for Evo Las Vegas 2026, and those titles will be featured during the Arena Finals. The remaining games will still have their time to shine on the Showcase Stage, giving every main tournament title a spotlight during the weekend.
What makes this interesting is that Evo is letting player interest help shape the event. Instead of simply deciding which games get the Arena Finals treatment ahead of time, the six titles with the most registered competitors are the ones getting placed in the arena. That is a smart move, and honestly, it makes sense for an event like Evo. If the players are showing up for those games, then those games should get the biggest spotlight.

Evo 2026 Arena Finals Schedule
The Arena Finals will take place across Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28. As always, times are subject to change.
Saturday, June 27
- 10:00 AM PT – Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising
- 2:00 PM PT – Guilty Gear -Strive-
- 6:00 PM PT – Rivals of Aether II
Sunday, June 28
- 10:00 AM PT – 2XKO
- 2:00 PM PT – Tekken 8
- 6:00 PM PT – Special Announcements
- 6:30 PM PT – Street Fighter 6
That Sunday lineup is going to be something. 2XKO making its first Evo appearance and landing on the Arena Finals schedule is a big deal, while Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6 closing things out feels exactly right. Those are two of the biggest fighting games in the world, and Evo knows people are going to be watching.
The Showcase Stage Still Has Plenty Going On
The games not featured in the Arena Finals are heading to the Showcase Stage, and that lineup is nothing to ignore. There are legacy titles, newer games, and even a few first-time Evo appearances in the mix.
Saturday, June 27
- 10:00 AM PT – Virtua Fighter 5: R.E.V.O. World Stage
- 1:00 PM PT – Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes
- 5:00 PM PT – Cosplay Contest Top 8
- 6:00 PM PT – BlazBlue Centralfiction
Sunday, June 28
- 10:00 AM PT – Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire
- 12:00 PM PT – INVINCIBLE VS
- 3:00 PM PT – Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
I do like that Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, INVINCIBLE VS, and Vampire Savior are all getting space here. The Arena Finals will naturally get the most attention, but Evo has always been more than just the biggest brackets. The Showcase Stage gives the rest of the lineup room to breathe, and for some of these games, that spotlight could matter quite a bit.
Evo 2026 Is More Than Just The Brackets
Of course, Evo is not just about who wins. The show floor is once again being packed with several community-focused activations, including the Evo Museum, Artist Alley, Evo Arcade Presented by Voodoo Ranger, publisher panels, gameplay exhibitions, and more.
This year’s Evo Museum will also feature a statue and collectibles exhibit, while the Evo Arcade will introduce High Score Tournaments. There will also be expanded gacha machines, casual lounges, an FGC Waypoint area with an LED photo wall, and a larger cosplay presence with elevated prizing. Stella Chu will also be joining the cosplay judges.
Evo is also bringing in several notable guests and artists, including Masami Obari and Shoei Okano. The Evo Legends Meet & Greet Powered by Qiddiya will feature Daigo and MenaRD, along with teammates from Team REJECT and Bandits.
In other words, Evo Las Vegas 2026 is shaping up to be another packed weekend for the fighting game community. The tournament finals will always be the main attraction, but the expanded show floor makes it clear that Evo is continuing to lean harder into being a full-on fighting game festival.
And with Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, 2XKO, Guilty Gear -Strive-, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, and Rivals of Aether II all getting the Arena Finals treatment, this year’s event should have no shortage of hype moments.
Evo Las Vegas 2026 takes place from June 26-28, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. This year’s event is also presented by Chipotle and will feature a minimum guaranteed prize pool of $500,000 across all tournament titles.
