The Guardians of the Galaxy are the most unlikely of properties to have succeeded in the MCU, yet they were incredibly successful. They’ve had two movies that made a bunch of money. Through that they turned niche comic characters into household names. And they even got a Christmas special! But as they say, all good things must come to an end, and that includes their films. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 will arrive on May 5th, and as the tweet below shows alongside the trailer, it’s time to face the music. Just like Bill & Ted!
Anyway, as we see in the teaser, the Guardians are dealing with the bulk of them being gone for 5 years and trying to help the galaxy…despite their own faults. Add to that, new threats like the High Evolutionary and Adam Warlock have arrived to make things tough, Gamora isn’t with the crew anymore due to her being from the past, and we learn more of Rocket’s origin!
