Clem’s story to be properly wrapped up
After Telltale Games went under, it seemed that the future of their beloved The Walking Dead The Final Season was up in the air. We previously heard that the game was open to another studio continuing the game, we just didn’t know how far along they were with this.
Thankfully, it seems that Skybound Games has reached a deal and they’ll continue working on the game.

Not only will they be developing the game, but they will also publish the remaining titles. They also mentioned that they wait to try and keep the original development team. No word if this deal will enable Telltale Games to over severance to their current and former employees.
More news to come later and we’ll continue to update as we find out more. Definitely exciting to see not only that the series will continue but also some of the original internal team will be kept onboard.
