This past Tuesday, Konami took to Gamescom to debut a new trailer for Silent Hill: Townfall. While previous trailers highlighted the game’s Scottish setting, this one gives us a taste of the English voice cast. Silent Hill: Townfall will feature Jovan Adepo, Terry O’Quinn, and Kezia Burrows.
Adepo will take on the title role of Simon, a man drawn back to the Scottish town of St. Amelia to “put things right.” With few answers, he relies on cryptic messages from a pocket CRTV to guide him on his eerie journey. Adepo has previously starred in the genre shows IT: Welcome to Derry and 3 Body Problem. He also appeared in The Odyssey, released in theaters this July.

Next up we have O’Quinn as Richard, a mysterious man who calls on Simon to return to St. Amelia. Lost fans will recognize O’Quinn from his role in the sci-fi series as John Locke, which won him a Primetime Emmy Award.
Rounding out the cast we have Burrows as Zoe, a nurse in the town of St. Amelia who implores Simon to “come back to her.” Burrows starred in the BBC medical drama Crash and has voiced characters in games such as Observation and Elden Ring. It’s fitting that someone from a BBC show would appear in this UK-set game.
Interestingly, despite the Scottish setting, none of the principal cast members hail from the Caledonian country itself. Adepo is English, O’Quinn is American, and Burrows is Welsh. So we do have some UK representation, just not from Scotland. Perhaps the horror plaguing St. Amelia is an influx of tourists?
The trailer does provide a look at some scarier sights, however. We see vaguely humanoid creatures emerging from the fog, assuring us that this is a Silent Hill game. Though nothing else about them is reassuring. Particularly unnerving is the eldritch-like tentacled monstrosity hovering over the town, dropping bodies onto the streets. Townfall, indeed.
Silent Hill: Townfall will be published by Konami and Annapurna Interactive. This entry boasts Screen Burn as developers, a studio that is in fact based in Scotland. The survival horror game will arrive on September 24th, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
