New Dying Light expansion to be announced at Gamescom? Techland says yes.

By Keith MitchellJuly 23, 2015

Techland, the creators of Dying Light, are teasing about an upcoming expansion for the title. However they’re being hush hush on what the name is on what we can even expect in the unannounced expansion. HOwever if you’re making it out to the 2015 Gamescom event, they have stated that not only will you get info on the expansion but you’ll also get some hands on with it as well.

And to get ready for that new expansion, Techland has put together a video called “180 Days of Content”, which goes through all of the released DLC and add-ons that were released for Dying Light since day one.

To celebrate half a year of Dying Light after its release, Techland compiled a video of all the major content updates and add-ons they have released since launch day. The video also teasesthe next big addition to its zombie-infested world, which the company is set to preview behind closed doors at Gamescom 2015, with the big public reveal soon after that.

“We’re really excited to finally be able to show this major project we’ve been secretly working on since the release of the game. This is Dying Light from a totally new angle, but with everything fans love about the original still at the core.” – Tymon Smektala, Producer, Dying Light

Be sure to check out the last couple of seconds of the video to get an idea what we’re looking forward to.
