Ultra Street Fighter IV Marches On.

By Keith MitchellDecember 18, 2013

Capcom’s latest update to SF IV is still being worked on. Despite controversy and outcry, they’re still doing their own thing, this time using fan feedback to fine tune everything as much as possible for competitive play (because apparently that’s the only type that matters anymore in fighting games). Here’s a video of what they’ve done so far.https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=6QGEWMdkQhg

Personally, I don’t mind all the updates. The Red Focus Attack will definitely come in handy, as will being able to use both Ultra Combos (which can make for some interesting matchups and potentially crippling mind games). New characters (to this game) is good, too. My main concern, though, is how the story will be handled.

When Evil Ryu, Kuruoshiki Oni and the Lee brothers were added, they didn’t get proper Rival fights. AT ALL. That really pissed me off. I’m hoping Ultra changes that.
