Nintendo Drops New Metroid Prime 4 Beyond Screenshots

It's a big world out there...

Metroid Prime 4 Beyond

In just ten days’ time, Metroid Prime 4 Beyond will arrive on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. These last few months have been huge for Nintendo platforms, with key games dropping with impressive quality, and the return of Samus Aran will help punctuate that, no doubt. Now, though, Nintendo has decided to show you more about the world of Viewros that Samus will stumble into, and it looks pretty expansive. The screenshots below highlight some of the areas you’ll travel to, and it seems like our favorite bounty hunter has quite the journey ahead of her.

There's beauty in the unknown.

From the trailers we’ve seen, Samus arrives at Viewros after an encounter with her rival Sylux at a Galactic Federation base. Her and several others get sucked into a portal and into this mysterious world where nothing is exactly what it seems. A civilization once thrived here, but it’s now long gone. Just as important, Samus gets new psychic powers that will help her traverse the many environments of Viewros. Oh, and she gets an epic bike that she does an Akira slide with. That’s important to note, too.

There’s still plenty about Metroid Prime 4 Beyond that we don’t know about. However, we DO know that the game is finally almost here!
