GlobalComix, the fast-growing digital comics and manga platform, has expanded its catalog again with the addition of an acclaimed indie publisher. Starting today, you can read some of your favorite stories from AfterShock Comics on GlobalComix. Gold members get day-one access to seven of the indie publisher’s standout sci-fi, crime, and horror series, with new books added every week.
The partnership is a strong next step for AfterShock, the creator-owned indie studio that built its name in the 2010s and returned to publishing in 2025. Brand new titles from the publisher will land on GlobalComix starting early 2027.
The launch lineup spotlights some of AfterShock’s most iconic stories. Today’s drop is led by Animosity, the breakout hit from Marguerite Bennett and Rafael de Latorre in which the world’s animals wise up and turn on humanity, The Boys writer Garth Ennis’ WWII drama Dreaming Eagles, the espionage romp Jimmy’s Bastards, and Superzero from Harley Quinn duo Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti.
