Legacy Virtua Fighter Project producer Seiji Aoki announced that Virtua Fighter 5 REVO World Stage will be coming to Xbox Game Pass on September 10th. Aoki mentioned the news in his usual address to the fans.
The game will also be going to the PC part of Xbox Game Pass. Aoki also praised the strong plays in the CEO 2026 tournament this summer for the Open Championship, including Mashman. Mashman’s Taka lost to Gentleman Thief’s Akira in the finals on August 16th.

We’re also continuing work on bringing Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage to Xbox PC and the content and features will match the versions available on other platforms. I also want to announce that the game will be available on Game Pass starting September 10th, so please stay tuned for more information.
The game itself is the definitive version of Virtua Fighter 5 with features such as Rollback Netcode, crossplay, and a new single player mode – World Stage. Virtua Fighter 5 REVO World Stage came to the Nintendo Switch 2 earlier this year.
Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Switch 2.
