Fatal Fury City of the Wolves brought back Rick Strowd and Duck King in the last two months for the Revenge Edition. The trickiest fighter gets his own anime trailer, also.
Surprisingly, both of them are back with a new anime trailer by Masami Obari. Rick was drawn to a battle against the wolves, but in this trailer, it’s hard to figure out if it’s one or the other yet. Two spirits have called out to him in the form of a challenge. What’s more: it’s leading Rick to an unsuspecting place – a concert stage.
Obari wasted no time bringing yet another callback in the form of Mai busting moves on stage. Obari referenced the Fatal Fury: Motion Picture with her on this run. Salvatore and Duck King break and do moves on stage as a warm-up. Terry unexpectedly appears, and so does Rock. Or were they not expected by someone else? The internet is already flooded with cosplays and of course – an 80+ hit combo from Desk already for Duck King.
Both characters, Duck King and Rick Strowd, are out now. Kim Kaphwan, Laocorn, and two unannounced characters will follow Duck King over the next several months.
