Bloober Team has launched Patch 1.06 for Silent Hill 2 on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5. This update brings a range of improvements to both platforms, with a focus on addressing graphics-related issues on the PlayStation 5 Pro, aiming to provide a smoother experience for players.

While the patch reflects Bloober Team’s ongoing efforts to enhance the game’s performance, early feedback on Reddit and Twitter paints a different picture. Many players report that the update falls short of expectations, with lingering performance issues on both PC and PS5 leaving some fans disappointed. It seems there’s still work to be done to meet community expectations fully.
