Lidia Sobieska debuted in Tekken 7 and quickly became a fan favorite. While she wasn’t available as a launch character in Tekken 8, she will make her return as a DLC character. Lidia will be available as part of the Character Year 1 Pass on July 22, 2024. Alternatively, she will be available individually on July 25, 2024.
Lidia will be the second playable character of the Character Year 1 Pass, with the first character being Eddie Gordo. There are two other characters planned for the Winter and Fall of 2024, though their identities remain unknown.
Tekken 8 has been a smash hit among the fighting game community, and a favorite of ours, thanks to its upgraded systems, solid fighting game mechanics, and fun gameplay. Even though I’m not the best at the game, it’s still the fighting game I pick up when I want to waste some time and beat up some people while doing so. There’s a reason why we had nothing but praise for the game in our Tekken 8 review.
