Game Freak Set to Host Recruiting Event

By Todd BlackJuly 31, 2024
Game Freak, Pokemon

It’s rare that we talk about recruiting of any kind on this site unless it’s tied to a big game. However, we’re making an exception here because we’re talking about Game Freak. This is the team behind the main Pokemon games, and they’re someone who has been called out recently due to the buggy nature of their titles. In short, they never used to be like that, then, with Pokemon Legends Arceus and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, the bugs started to show.

However, according to insider Stealth, things are (hopefully) about to change, as they’re hosting a recruitment drive to bring in some people to bolster their numbers. If they get enough people, maybe it’ll ensure the next releases, like Pokemon Legends Z-A, will have a much smoother release day.

This isn’t an event for college graduates which is separate. This is a “Mid-Career” event.

They are asking recruits to have at least three years of experience.

Pokémon Legends Z-A is on the horizon, but they have to start getting ready for Gen 10 too.
