Evo 2024: Heihachi Returns In Tekken 8 This Fall

By Kevin KellyJuly 21, 2024
TEKKEN 8 - Heihachi Mishima Returns

Bandai Namco just announced that Heihachi will be making his way back to the King of the Iron Fist Tournament. After several people stated that the first protagonist of the Tekken story was practically dead in interviews, producers Harada and Murray came onto the stage to denounce what was said before the top six for the Evo 2024 Tekken finals came out.

How Heihachi survived the clash against Kazuya in Tekken 7 is still up in the air until the next chapter is released. The book of Evo Twitter has proclaimed it, too.

The flashbacks prove that Heihachi is definitely on that “never dying, always living” tip. My bigger question is: Tekken Monks?!Tekken 8 flashback Tekken 8 story Tekken 8 story

Heihachi will be coming to the game in the Tekken 8 Autumn update. Lidia is not far away with her update. She will be available tomorrow for the early access from the DLC pass and on July 25th. Three characters have been revealed for the first pass with one more slot remaining.

Tekken 8 is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
