By Scott AdamsApril 29, 2024

Hangry, the delectable new snack ‘n’ slash action RPG from Game Pill, was selected to be showcased at the highly anticipated IGN x ID@Xbox Digital Showcase, highlighting independent games with groundbreaking gameplay. Hangry promises to serve up a unique blend of mouthwatering combat and culinary adventure, offering gamers an experience like never before seen on screen.

In Hangry, players assume the role of the titular character, embarking on an intergalactic quest filled with carnivorous combat and savory delights. Armed with fast-paced combat mechanics and powered by the Unreal Engine, Hangry transports players to diverse landscapes, from BBQ’d woodlands to candy-coated caverns, where they must hunt down, carve up, and devour delectable beasts and create the ultimate dishes.

“We were thrilled to unveil Hangry at the IGN x ID@Xbox Digital Showcase, giving players a taste of our original IP and showcasing never-before-seen combat that we hope will leave them hungry for more,” said Mike Sorrenti, President of Game Pill. “Hangry offers a satisfying gameplay loop of hunting, eating, and evolving, providing RPG fans with a deep and rewarding experience, while also delivering light-hearted fun for all players.”

This short gameplay trailer for Hangry teases the game’s innovative snack n slash combat system, which promises to revolutionize the action RPG genre. With over-the-top combat and stunning visuals, Hangry invites players to embark on a culinary journey unlike anything they’ve experienced before.

Prepare for a gaming experience that will leave you craving more.
