AVIOT has launched the TE-V1R-EVA true wireless earbuds, created in collaboration with the anime EVANGELION. Based on the TE-V1R, this special 30th anniversary edition features over 160 newly recorded voice lines by nine characters, packaging with a brand-new illustration of Rei Ayanami and Asuka Shikinami Langley , and sound tuning by Yoko Takahashi.

The TE-V1R-EVA are special edition true wireless earbuds designed to capture the full charm of EVANGELION.
They feature over 160 newly recorded voice lines from nine characters, including voice guidance for functions like power and connection status, as well as a “random voice” mode that plays memorable quotes from the series. You can switch between character modes through the dedicated app.
The design combines a white-and-silver color scheme with the Spears of Longinus and Cassius on the earbuds, while the charging case bears an EVANGELION Unit-01–inspired logo. The packaging also includes a newly drawn illustration of Rei Ayanami and Asuka Shikinami Langley wearing the earbuds.
The sound tuning was supervised by Yoko Takahashi, the artist behind the iconic theme songs “The Cruel Angel’s Thesis” (NEON GENESIS EVANGELION) and “Soul’s Refrain” (EVANGELION: DEATH & REBIRTH).

The TE-V1R is the latest model in AVIOT’s popular V series, which has sold approximately 190,000 units*. The earbuds offer an ultra-long battery life of 19 hours (62 hours with the charging case) and Adaptive Hybrid Noise Canceling, which automatically adjusts the noise reduction strength based on the surrounding environment. They also feature the new Hybrid Dual Driver 2.0 for enhanced sound quality, LDAC™ support for high-resolution playback, and wireless charging functionality, making them a high-grade model that perfectly balances sound quality and functionality.

In addition to voice guidance for notifications like power and connection status, they also come with a “random voice” feature that plays memorable quotes from the series, for a total of over 160 lines.
Using the dedicated app, you can easily switch between nine different voice modes: Shinji Ikari, Rei Ayanami, Asuka Shikinami Langley, Mari Makinami Illustrious, Misato Katsuragi, Ritsuko Akagi, Kaworu Nagisa, Gendo Ikari, and Ryoji Kaji.
