Koei Tecmo Reveals Fate/Samurai Remnant

By Scott AdamsDecember 31, 2022
Koei Tecmo Omega Force

Of every reveal that has been more or less dropped out of nowhere, this one is at the top of the list. Koei Tecmo has announced a game in the Fate series titled Fate/Samurai Remnant.

Not a whole lot is revealed in this trailer as we only see cinematics and character designs. One of which is a fan-favorite character of Musashi! When you look at the details of the game on the website, we see that Omega Force is the developer, with Type-Moon helping with the development duties. We also get told that it will be an action RPG, not a Musou title.

That doesn’t give us much information, however, about what kind of action we will see in the game. Though this may likely mean this is going to play like the Soulslike titles. Regardless, I am still excited and hope to see more from this title as we near its release.

Fate/Samurai Remnant is coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2023.
