Bayonetta 3 has slowly become something that fans still deeply want, but, they’re also keenly aware that it “wont’ release until it’s ready”. As PlatinumGames and Nintendo have been mostly mum about the title outside of that it MAY come out in 2022. We’ve only gotten one real trailer for the title, and as a result, many have wondered if things are looking to follow the path of Breath of the Wild 2 and just slink off to 2023 for its new release date. Well, according to Nintendo in a new financial report…no, that’s not happening.
In fact, in their new report, which highlighted the hardware and software sales of the past financial year, they stated clearly that they expect Bayonetta 3 to release this year, as well as stating that Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are on track for this year as well.
Hopefully, if there is a Nintendo Direct next month, we’ll get more looks and a possible release date for the title.
