Elden Ring Patch 1.03.3 Released To Address Previously Nerfed Radahn Encounter

By Keith MitchellApril 4, 2022
Elden-Ring-Patch-Notes-v1.03

Fromsoftware has released a new patch for Elden Ring, update 1.03.03, to make a particular boss harder. We’re talking about Radahn, who was previously nerfed in the prior 1.03.02 update.

Apparently, there were a lot of players who either beat him and went up against him or those who hadn’t reached him yet and wanted the original experience. So, what was nerfed has been un-nerfed, and now Radahn is back, baby! Though, it’s quite odd that people would complain about a boss that has traditionally been a thorn for a number of players. it only goes to show that us Soulslike players like getting our asses handed to us in video games.

According to this new update, Radahn was “accidentally” nerfed, which wasn’t intended. It’s also the only thing that’s addressed in this patch. So, if you were hoping for that update to address the PC performance, this isn’t it.

Notice of Update Distribution

We are distributing this new update to fix a bug in patch 1.03.

Targeted Platforms:

PlayStation 4 / PlayStation 5 / Xbox One / Xbox Series X|S / Steam

The item included in the latest update

  • Fixed a bug in the balance adjustment of the boss “Starscourge Radahn” in update 1.03, in which the power of some attacks was unintentionally reduced.

The version number of this update shown at the lower right corner of the Title Screen will be as followed.

  • App Ver. 1.03.2
  • Regulation Ver. 1.03.3

* Please note that users with different regulation versions cannot be matched with each other online.

S0 far, there have been several Elden Ring patches for both the console and PC versions of the game. Yet, the game still has a number of issues, such as the performance on the PC and consoles and a few incomplete NPC quests. Elden Ring is currently available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
