Don’t Eat the Wall Chicken You Find in Infernax

By Keith MitchellFebruary 13, 2022
Infernax - Don't eat wall chicken

While Infernax borrows draw from both Castlevania and The Legend of Zelda games, it doesn’t mean that those same elements will benefit the players.

During my playthrough of Infernax, I figured I’d check the walls to see if there was any hidden food, just like in the Castlevania games. Sure enough, in the first castle, I found what I was looking for. Food! And really needed it — or so I thought.

However, just because food hidden in the walls was great for Castlevania doesn’t mean it’s the same in Infernax. If you happen to eat the wall chicken, the outcome isn’t a very good one.

You may never look at food hidden in walls, in video games, the same way ever again. Thankfully, the reaction doesn’t cause you to lose any health, but you don’t gain any either.

Infernax is playable on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC.
