Nintendo is aiming to do a lot this year with the Nintendo Switch, and many major titles have already been confirmed for both first and third-party fans. And it all kicks off later this month via Pokemon Legends Arceus. This game is aiming to be a major departure for the franchise, and many are curious about how it’ll turn out and play.
But, according to one Nintendo insider named Samus Hunter, The Pokemon Company has a lot more in mind for the year:
New spin-offs are also coming for mobile and console, I don't rule out that we might see some Detective Pikachu related stuff.

If this holds true, that’ll mean we can expect a LOT of titles from this franchise in the near and far future. And with rumors of a Nintendo Direct coming soon, we might get teases sooner rather than later.
