‘Space Jam A New Legacy’ was always going to have a hard time impressing people given the cult-classic status that the original film with Michael Jordan has gotten over time. But as people watched it, you either liked it, or really hated it. And if you’re curious as to why that feeling exists, you need only watch the latest Honest Trailer to find out.
The trailer wastes no time going after not only the movie but Lebron himself. Blasting his acting and being a more “dour” version of himself for the sake of the plot. Even correctly pointing out that this movie honestly has the same plot as a BELOVED movie in Hook! Believe it.
The Looney Tunes aren’t spared here as they are basically side-items used to promote Warner Bros properties and…we’ll just let the trailer speak for itself. In short, Space Jam A New Legacy doesn’t so much as make a legacy…but make a giant ad for WB and things associated with Lebron James.
