Square Enix already working on Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 2; New screenshots released

By Keith MitchellNovember 27, 2019
Final Fantasy VII Remake

Looks like Square Enix is serious about getting the complete Final Fantasy VII Remake experience to its fans. In a recent update, the company has posted multiple interviews regarding the status of the game. Of which the director of the remake, Tetsuya Nomura, drop the word that part two is already being worked on.

We’ve already begun working on the next one as well, but I’m confident that playing through this title will expand your expectations just like the world that extends beyond Midgar. — Tetsuya Nomura

So there you have it, it has already begun. This also means that we should hear some sort of announcement as to when the first part of Final Fantasy VII Remake has gone gold. As for the second part, hopefully, the time it takes for part 2 to be released is shorter than the original wait.

As for the first part of Final Fantasy VII Remake, this two Bluray disc game will feature the beginning of the game and up to the escape from Midgar. Which if you’ve played the original game, is barely scratching the surface. We’re all in for a wait for the entire game to be released.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is set to be released exclusively for PlayStation 4 on March 3, 2020.

New screenshots can be found below.
