Spectator Mode Podcast Episode #27 – So many games so little time

By Keith MitchellAugust 18, 2019
Spectator Mode Podcast - 750x422

This week there’s just two of us holding down the show, but it’s all good as you have two our the gamiest members.

That said, we’re all about not only the most recent games we’ve been playing but also the games we’re looking forward to this Fall 2019. We also took some time to talk about the update to No Man’s Sky and Remnant: From the Ashes (It’s so damned good!). Changing gears, we reflect on the number of games that are releasing fairly soon that have received little to no marketing. We’re fearful of them and their chances of selling.

Of course, where’s there’s some good talk, there’s also some bad stuff that follows. We’re referring to the departure of Bioware’s Anthem lead producer, the swatting of the recent swapping of Kyle ‘Bugha’ Giersdorf. As well as the bomb threat of Bandai Namco US and the death threats toward Square Enix. It’s been bizarre as of late.

You know what to do. Sit back or don’t, but be sure to enjoy the week’s show.
