Serious Sam 4: Badass Planet Announced, Will Be At E3 2018

What has Sam been up to all this time?

Croteam and Devolver Digital have finally confirmed that Serious Sam 4 is actually a thing. Titled, Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass, the title has been confirmed for the PC via Steam. The Steam page is also live here

To celebrate the announcement, a short trailer was released. In it, we see Sam enjoying a leisurely stroll on his motorcycle. Which ends with an entire host of baddies swarming towards him. I’m sure this doesn’t phase our hero at all. I mean, he’s used to this sort of thing.

I have to say it’s nice to see Sam not being forgotten. The last time we saw him in action was back in 2011 with Serious Sam 3: BFE. Sure, there have been a number of spin-offs but nothing within the main series.

Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass will also be shown at E3 2018 during Devolver Digital’s press conference. I’m not sure as to what form this will be, either playable or just video. But I’m excited to see what Croteam has to show us. I really need to rethink about not going to E3 2018.

There’s currently no date as to when the title will be released. Though I expect we’ll know more at E3 2018.
