Team Kirby Clash Deluxe available now on Nintendo 3DS

By Clinton Bowman-ChristieApril 12, 2017

Nintendo is positioning 2017 as Kirby’s year, and they’ve kicked that off with a free-to-start title available now on the Nintendo 3DS eShop, as well as two additional titles to celebrate the franchise’s 25th anniversary during today’s Nintendo Direct presentation.

The first game, Team Kirby Clash Deluxe is a mission style action game, where you go and battle giant enemies in varied quests:

Exclusive to Nintendo eShop, Team Kirby Clash Deluxe features four characters with different powers (Sword Hero, Hammer Lord, Beam Mage or Doctor Healmore) who battle giant enemies together.

The second game, Kirby’s Blowout Bash, players move freely through “more than 25 action-packed 3D stages, inhaling enemies and powering up along the way.” This title releases exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS eShop this summer.

The final game will release on Nintendo 3DS this holiday. Not much is known, other than that it will be a multiplayer experience. Whatever the case, this is certainly shaping up to be a good year for Kirby fans on Nintendo hardware.
