Tron Run/r – A Tron themed endless runner for the PC

By Keith MitchellDecember 4, 2015

Unveiled last night during the 2015 Video Games Award show, Tron Run/r is a take on the mobile endless runners, but adds a flair of its own. Taking place in the Tron universe, you have to run, jump, fly, wall run and even destroy all in your path as you attempt to get from start to finish. Wait, a Tron themed endless runner? For PC? Bought!

Built with the Unreal Engine, this game looks sexy, plays well but still has a lot of work that needs to be done, such as adding a control scheme section to map controls, the ability to change screen resolution as well. So far, the game runs at a solid 60FPS, if you’re interested in that, that is.

The title is still in Steam Early access and be had for $9.99. The publisher of the title also mentions that Tron Light Bikes will so be coming to the full version of the game, so I can’t wait for that.

* The game looks a bit pixelated as the game has no ability to select resolutions and my native res is 3440 x 1440, so I forced the game to run at 1920 x 1080. I’ll get updated videos with a higher resolution soon.*
