It was reported earlier that all versions of Fallout 4 would be limited to just 1080p and 30fps, that meant the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and of course the PC version. As you can imagine, this didn’t sit well with the PC gaming crowd and they felt that this was perhaps meant that the PC version was a port or after-thought., especially since most PC gamers have moved on from 1080p to 1440p and beyond, while 30fps was a slap in the face.
However that’s not true at all and in fact Bethesda has come clean and announced that the PC version will not be limited in any way.
Fallout 4 is 1080p & 30fps on Xbox One and PS4. Resolution and FPS are not limited in any way on the PC.
