The first official Robocop (2014) trailer is released…. and I'm conflicted

The one thing that bothers me about watching movies that are remakes of films I grew up watching, films that modded and defined my tastes throughout the years, is how drastically they get changed. And there’s no bigger change that what I see in the remake of Robocop. The differences of Alex Murphy then and now are night in day. Obviously I can’t be hyper critical of it until I get to watch the actual film but I dunno.
