With Anime Expo 2026 taking place this weekend, I find myself being a bit bummed that I couldn’t attend. However, I don’t completely get to miss out, as my inbox is being bombarded with tons of news from the event. More importantly, sales. A lot of those cool items being sold at Anime Expo are also available online, which not only has me excited, but also my wife.
She loves collecting those mini backpacks that double as purses. So far, she has at least 15 of them, including several anime and gaming-related ones. Now, thanks to Sega’s Anime Expo 2026 sale, she’s about to add two more to the collection, and only because I wanted her to get them.
I grew up with the Sega Genesis and Sega Dreamcast, and Sega just so happens to have two bags up for sale that are modeled after those classic consoles I spent way too much time playing. The second I saw them, I knew I had to show them to her to see if she was game or not. And she totally was. So, yeah, I’ve already purchased both bags for my wife, and I already know she’s going to love them.
The Sega Genesis PU Leather Console Bag and Dreamcast PU Leather Console Bag are priced at $39.99 each and are available over on Shop.Sega.com. Sadly, there’s no Sega Saturn bag, which feels like a missed opportunity.
