Persona 30th Anniversary Celebration Starts Via Special Atlus Video

Can we please get THAT announcement soon?
By Todd BlackJanuary 8, 2026
Persona 30th Anniversary, Atlus

I may have gotten into the franchise rather late, but I have enjoyed my experiences with the Persona series. I started out with Persona 5 Royal when it came to Nintendo Switch, then got the 4th title on Switch a little later, before finally playing three in its “new form” via Persona 3 Reload. It’s been a fun time, and I look forward to what’s coming next. I’m sure many of you out there are hoping the Persona 30th Anniversary celebration that has begun will bring some new insights and announcements to the series from Atlus.

Thankfully, today, the general producer of the franchise, Kazuhida Wada, appeared in a video to honor the fans who have kept the franchise alive and tease what the Persona 30th Anniversary celebration would bring. Hint: there will be all kinds of special events and merch options:

While there wasn’t a confirmation of Persona 6 in that message, he did imply that Atlus is working on more than one game, and that’ll have to do…for now.

Then again, knowing how this team works, they’ll have the announcement ready to go and drop it…so we never see it coming.
