This year, we got the third AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES game, No Sleep For Kaname Date. It was released initially on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. At the State of Play, we got an announcement that the game will be released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
The PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series X|S versions will be available exclusively as digital downloads. Which means the only physical game versions are the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5 versions.
Some context, this is the third game in the series, but it takes place between the first and second games. I would recommend playing the first game in the series AI: The Somnium Files, and then playing this game.
No Sleep For Kaname Date – From AI: The Somnium Files will be released February 26th, 2026 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. It is currently available on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
