Nintendo has revealed that a new Splatoon Raiders Direct is on the way, giving players another look at the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive before it launches on July 23, 2026.
The Splatoon Raiders Direct will take place on June 30 at 7 a.m. PDT / 10 EDT, over on the Nintendo YouTube channel and is expected to run for roughly 15 minutes. After that, Nintendo will follow it up with Nintendo Treehouse: Live | Splatoon Raiders, which will feature even more gameplay and last around 30 minutes.
Considering how close we are to release, this should give us a much better idea of what Nintendo is doing with this new take on the Splatoon series.
Splatoon Raiders is a single-player-focused adventure that can also be played with up to three friends through online co-op. Players take on the role of a mechanic who teams up with Deep Cut, the three-person band from Splatoon 3, while battling Salmonids and exploring the Spirhalite Islands.
Splatoon Raiders will be released on July 23, 2026, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch 2.
