Evo Las Vegas 2025 Extended Lineup Revealed

By Kevin KellyFebruary 21, 2025

Evo Las Vegas 2025 just got hotter. During the presentation not too long ago, several games were still up in the air for returns next to Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O and Rivals of Aether 2. With honorable Marvel vs. Capcom 2 to round out the top games, 2 more games have been revealed.

  • Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2
  • Capcom vs SNK 2

Evo 2025 Lineup Updated.

We are living in the Arc System Works era now with Guilty Gear Strive, Under Night In Birth 2, Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising, BlazBlue Central Fiction, and Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 taking reigns. The bearer of the older generation before the Sol Bad Guy rule, Capcom’s Capcom vs SNK 2 is returning to the scene after its 2022 run. Right on time for those who haven’t experienced the game with Capcom Fighting Collection 2 on the horizon for release with at least 3 months to train. This is probably the version of the game they will go with since it will return to last-gen systems in May this year.

SNK is slowly bringing back their presence to tie Capcom in-game lineups with Samurai Shodown (2019) and KoF 15 to backup Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. Killer Instinct (2013) is also coming back. Nostalgia is on full display this year and everyone seems to be here for it.

Dragonball FighterZ seems to be donning the backseat this year. Hunter X Hunter Nen X Impact also has been mentioned as of yet, but there is still a potential for presence to cover the tag scene as a booth. 2XKO may also be on hand with this format, also. With its’ shutdown imminent, the 2022 The Game Awards winner Smash-like Multiversus was also omitted.

The excitement until Evo Las Vegas 2025 is mounting for its’ August 1st start date at the Las Vegas Convention Centre West Hall this year.
