Netcomics Announces End of Service

By Josh PiedraNovember 4, 2024

Netcomics, a webtoon and manhwa publisher, announced that they are ceasing service of their platform on December 29, 2024. Due to the imminent shutdown, registrations for the platform are disabled. Users are also no longer able to purchase coins to unlock new chapters.

In addition to webcomics and manhwa, Netcomics has also published a handful of manga titles. The company which was founded in 2005, published its first lineup in 2006.

No specific reason for the shutdown was stated; however, any visitor to their website is greeted with a pop-up notification stating the imminent shutdown and encouraging users to use all of their coins before the end-of-service date.
