You might not realize it, but it’s almost been a year since Detective Pikachu Returns debuted on the Nintendo Switch. While it may not have been the biggest game coming out that year for the console, as other titles had more hype, it was still a game that filled a certain “niche” within the Pokemon community. So, what exactly does this mean? It’s honestly hard to say, as it could mean anything. It could mean that there’s a new Detective Pikachu game coming, or it could be a DLC announcement, or maybe something for the movie franchise…or it could just be a new animated short. Either way, if you’re a fan of this coffee drinking Pikachu, you’ll want to keep your eyes peeled.
