The Nintendo Entertainment Podcast is here! And the team brings on a special co-host to talk about Pokemon Day and the new game it revealed!

But first, the team discusses their latest gaming exploits! New co-host Jessie Jess talks Honkai Starrail, Final Fantasy VII Remake, and why Tifa is better than Aerith! We agree! As for Will, he discusses Splatoon 3 Side Order, Persona 3 Reload, and getting ready for Rebirth! As for Todd, he breaks down his review of Side Order and why it’s not as good as he hoped. Finally, Scott talks Granblue Fantasy: Relink…again, Rebirth, and more!

Then, in the news, the quarter discusses the Pokemon Presents and why it didn’t live up to the hype for the most part. Additionally, Splatoon 3 dropped its next Splatfest reveal; there might be more Mario games coming in 2024, more layoffs have hit the gaming space, and more!

Finally, in the main event, the team discusses the reveal of Pokemon Legends ZA and what the game needs to do to truly “evolve” from what Arceus and Scarlet/Violet did!

So sit back, relax, and enjoy the Nintendo Entertainment Podcast!

Don’t forget that we want YOUR suggestions for opening themes for future episodes of the podcast! Send your NES, SNES, N64, Game Cube, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, or Nintendo DS suggestions via Twitter!
