By Josh PiedraMarch 10, 2023

APOKI is a virtual K-pop artist who is “a rabbit-like being living somewhere in space.” Trained in K-pop music and dance, she is a cutting-edge virtual artist combining visually stunning videos using the latest technology and is at the forefront of fashion trends. She has over 4.8 million followers on social media worldwide. In June 2022, APOKI was ranked No. 1 in the “Top 10 Virtual Influencers in South Korea” by the American virtual influencer information site Virtual Humans.

While every music video of hers gathers attention with cutting-edge CG graphics, “Mood V5”, her latest music video released on February 27th, 2023, has been also attracting mass attention featuring the prototype of Sony Honda Mobility’s AFEELA.

She has already taken the next move as a pioneering virtual K-POP artist by collaborating with CHARLES & KEITH to create a space where fashion, music, and technology can come together. The brand is expanding its presence in the metaverse by opening the doors to its virtual world, CHARLESKEITHHAUS, on virtual real estate platform The Sandbox from 13 to 27 March 2023. Modelled after its Spring Summer 2023 campaign, CHARLESKEITHHAUS offers an immersive and entertaining way to experience the brand’s universe. Every detail in the house is curated to reflect the spirit of the new collection. All of these elements come together to encourage experimentation and foster a community of fashion lovers.

Inviting exploration, guests can look forward to in-game quests like quizzes and locating a secret room to redeem a digital wearable of this season’s must-have item, the Petra Curved Shoulder bag. The rooftop will also feature a runway where visitors can see the new collection in “real” time. Special guest APOKI is throwing a rooftop party and will be playing some of her hit singles. Besides her performance, look out for APOKI’s coin hunt, where she will be guiding guests along as they embark on her quest.

“APOKI is South Korea’s most talked-about virtual artist who has a global following She inspires fans to express themselves, much like how we aim to spark joy and confidence in women to experiment with fashion. We are excited to partner with APOKI to spotlight CHARLES & KEITH’s debut in The Sandbox,” said CHARLES & KEITH.

APOKI, the metaverse queen, won’t stop her breakthrough as the global leading virtual artist and fashion icon.
