Attack on Titan: The Final Season: The Final Part, Part 1 to be 1-Hour Episode

In what has just become one giant meme at this point, it was announced today that Attack on Titan: The Final Season, The Final Part,  Part 1 (yes, that one of several variations of a real title), is going to be 1-hour special episode. The episode is slated to air on March 3.

The news was confirmed via the official Attack on Titan Twitter account. You can view the original tweet below:

The second (and hopefully the final last final part 1 final) half will air sometime in 2023. There is no word if the “Part 2” in this debacle will be another 1-hour episode, or an actual tv season.
