Akebi’s Sailor Uniform Launches Single and EP

Milan Records today releases another single and EP from the new Anime Akebi’s Sailor Uniform. Available everywhere now is new single “hem -After Party version-” performed by Japanese composer Utatanekana  The track is a new version of the previously-released song performed by Miki Fukumoto (CV: Shuka Saito), which featured as the title track of the hem EP alongside 5 additional vocal tracks from the slice-of-life series.

Also debuting today is The Beginning of Setsuna (Hajimari no Setsuna) / Baton EP, which features the previously-released single “The Beginning of Setsuna (Hajimari no Setsuna),” a vocal track performed by the 16-member voice group cast that makes up Akebi’s classmates, and two additional vocal tracks performed by Komichi Akebi (CV: Manatsu Murakami) – listen here. Composed by Katsuhiko Sugiyama, who has worked on many top hits for Japanese idols like Nogizaka 46, “The Beginning of Setsuna (Hajimari no Setsuna)” has already made waves in Japan, charting at No. 2 on iTunes and at the top of Oricon.
