Funimation Launches Today in Colombia, Chile and Peru

Funimation announced that it has launched its streaming service in the South American countries of Columbia, Chile, and Peru. As of launch day, Funimation is only available in these counties via the web; however, it was stated that apps, Smart TVs, and gaming consoles are coming in the future in these territories.

These territories can expect Funimation on iOS, Android, Samsung TV, Android TV, Roku, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox.

No timetable for the app rollouts has been given yet.

The service adds over 2,000 hours of anime content to their Spanish-speaking fanbase!
