E3 2021: Square Enix Reveals Its E3 2021 Line-up

By Keith MitchellJune 3, 2021
Square Enix Presents E3 2021

Today, Square Enix revealed its plans for the upcoming digital E3 2021. On June 13th, 12:15 PM PDT / 3:15 PM EDT, the company will release new information on several current and upcoming titles during a 40-minute live stream. You can watch this on both Twitch and YouTube.

Here’s what Square Enix is planning to show off during the event.

  • The world premiere of a new game from Eidos–Montréal
  • An exciting update on BABYLON’S FALL™
  • Details about Marvel’s Avengers Expansion: Black Panther- War for Wakanda and updates on upcoming in-game events
  • A deep dive on Life is Strange: True Colors™ and a first look at Life is Strange: Remastered Collection

While Square Enix has stated these are all the announcements they’ll have. I wouldn’t be surprised if we heard something regarding Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and a few other titles.

As for me, I’m really looking forward to Babylon’s Fall. I’m a sucker for a good action/adventure game, and this looks like to have a lot of both. Adding to that, Platinum Games is involved, and they’ve helped craft some of the best action games that we’ve had the pleasure of playing. We haven’t heard a peep out of this title since it was announced back during E3 2018 – needless to say, I’m looking forward to this.
