Tower of God is coming to Crunchyroll as part of their Spring lineup under the Crunchyroll Originals banner. To help fans get familiar with SIU’s manhwa adaptation, they sat down with the voice actors from the upcoming anime, namely Taichi Ichikawa and Saori Hayami!
Ichikawa has already lent his talents to Bloom Into You as Seiji Maki while Hayami played Yotsugi Ononoki from Monogatari, Shoko from A Silent Voice, Yukino Yukinoshita from My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU, and Shinobu Kochou from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba!
In Tower of God, Ichikawa will play Bam while Hayami will play Rachel. The anime is set to debut on April 1. The anime is described as follows:
Tower of God centers around a boy called Twenty-Fifth Bam, who has spent most of his life trapped beneath a vast and mysterious Tower, with only his close friend, Rachel, to keep him company. When Rachel enters the Tower, Bam manages to open the door into it as well, and faces challenges at each floor of this tower as he tries to find his closest companion.
