Ubisoft Details Full Gamescom 2019 Lineup

By Diego PerezAugust 9, 2019
Gamescom

Gamescom 2019 is almost upon us, and yet another publisher has unveiled the list of games they will be bringing to the show. Ubisoft’s lineup includes its big fall 2019 titles as well as some of its early 2020 games that are still a ways off.

For those of you at the show, swing by the Ubisoft booth in Hall 6.1 to get your hands on Ghost Recon Breakpoint, content from the upcoming season of Rainbow Six Siege, and Roller Champions. Watch Dogs Legion, Just Dance 2020, Trials Rising, and Brawlhalla will all be present as well, but these will only have live theater gameplay demonstrations rather than hands-on demos.

For everyone else, Ubisoft is one of the confirmed publishers for Gamescom Opening Night Live, so expect some news and reveals during the presentation. You can catch that streamed live on August 19 at 11 AM PDT/ 2 PM EDT. Ubisoft has stated that “there’s also plenty going on that has yet to be announced,” so expect some surprises in the coming weeks.

“Gamescom is a celebration of games and gamers that Ubisoft is always happy to be a part of,” said Alain Corre, EMEA executive director at Ubisoft. “This year, players will have the opportunity to interact with our teams and get a first look into the future of technologies such as streaming and the impact they will have on our industry. It’s an exciting moment, not only for us as creators, but also for players to discover more about the experiences we are developing.”

Gamescom 2019 will run from August 20 to August 24, and Gamescom Opening Night Live is set to have exciting announcements and unveilings on August 19. We here at The Outerhaven will be covering everything as soon as it happens, so stay tuned to make sure you don’t miss any big reveals.

When he's not playing video games, Diego's talking about video games, and he does both a lot.
