It was announced on the official Fairy Tail website that the final episode of the television anime will be Episode 328. Episode 319 is scheduled to air this weekend meaning there are 9 episodes remaining for the show. The cast of Fairy Tail confirmed this by stating that they recorded the audio for the final episode back on May 6.
A sequel manga, Fairy Tail: The 100 Year Quest, is currently publishing. There is no word on whether or not it will receive an anime adaptation.
The website also mentioned that a Blu-ray collection will be available in December. It will be titled Fairy Tail Ultimate Collection and will include all 328 episodes of the anime. Pricing or packaging details for the collection are not yet known.
