Arrow Season 8 Stars Production, Episode Title Calls Back To Season 1

By Todd BlackJuly 11, 2019

This fall on the CW, the end of an era will come. Because it will be the final season of Arrow. This was the show that kicked off the CWVerse in regards to the DC Comics shows. With its success came The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, Black Lightning, and debuting this fall, Batwoman.

The final season will only be ten episodes, and is presumed to end during the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover that was teased last year. Or, end after it to tie up all loose ends. Star Stephen Amell and the showrunner for Arrow, Beth Schwartz, have confirmed on Twitter that production of the final season has begun. You can see the image of the script below:

If you look at the title of the episode, you’ll see it says, “Starling City”. Which is a reference to what the city that Arrow looked over in the first three seasons of the show before it turned into “Star City”, which is a direct reference to the comics of Green Arrow.

The final season of Arrow will debut on the CW starting October 15th and 9/8c.
