Teen Titans Go! Vs Teen Titans Happening In 2019

By Todd BlackOctober 26, 2018
Teen Titans Go! Vs Teen Titans

Let’s rewind a bit, shall in? In the 2000’s, the Teen Titans had their own show in the vein of Batman TAS, Superman TAS, Justice League, etc. It ran for 5 seasons, and is regarded as one of the best animated series that DC Comics and Warner Bros ever produced. But, even though the fifth season ended on a cliffhanger, the show was ended. In its place (via DC Nation) came short animated clips of Teen Titans in rather comedic adventures. Then, came the very successful, though somewhat childish, Teen Titans Go! But now, these two are coming together for something called Teen Titans Go! Vs Teen Titans.

How is this possible? Well, it all started with Teen Titans Go! To The Movies, where at the end credits, a scene was shown with the Teen Titans looking like they did in the original series saying that “we think we found a way back”. This seemed to signal that the original Teen Titans were coming back for the much desired sixth season. But, a preview that is set to be attached to the upcoming DVD release of the movie had the following:

So yeah, Teen Titans Go! Vs Teen Titans is happening, and according to sources, it’s not only real, it will be coming in 2019. But in what capacity is unknown. Stay tuned for more, this is going to be great.
