Netflix’s ‘Daredevil’ Season 3 Trailer Shows Us A Broken Daredevil

By Keith MitchellOctober 4, 2018

This man has been through hell

Poor Daredevil, he’s been through a lot, hasn’t he? Sure, he’s saved the city and put the KingPin behind bars. But at what cost? Season 2 was already rough on him and his little romp with the Defenders didn’t really do him any favors. In fact, the last time we saw him, a building blew up with no sign of him.

Now here we are with a freshly released season 3 trailer and the shit’s already hitting the fan. Wilson “Kingpin” Fisk is out of prison thanks to a deal he’s made. I’m sure he gave up something pretty important for his sentence to get slashed. Of course, he’s promised to be good now that he’s out. And what do we see him doing? Well for starters, he’s beating some poor defenseless soul to death. Oh and he’s threatened Matt / Daredevil for putting him in prison in the first place.  Yeah, I don’t think he’s turning over a new leaf at all.

To make matters worse, there’s another Daredevil running around, committing crimes and framing our hero. Who’s already at the end of his rope – I mean it. Matt has snapped like a twig and he’s tired of being the good guy, while the baddies always have some way out. We’re seeing him fall from grace, can he be redeemed?

Yep, season three is shaping up to be a must watch and I’ll be glued to my TV until it’s all over.

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this somewhere before…. but where?

It’s also pretty funny to see that Netflix and Twitter are having a bit of fun over the trailer. Seems Matt isn’t alone in this as fellow New York heroes apparently have his back in all this.

Daredevil season three arrives on Netflix this Oct. 19, 2018 – only on Netflix. I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait.

Oh, that’s where I remember that meme from!
